EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Returns of good quality items

Love Pam swimwear items are non-refundable. Non-suitable swimwear items can only be changed for another size or model if in stock.

Exchange Rules:

• You may return clean, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition with all tags
• Please, make sure that your item is unused and unwashed, your item should be without damages and spots
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns of Substandard Quality Items

Substandard quality items are those items that have any internal and external manufacturing flaws or items that do not match your order

All quality claims are accepted withing 5 days from the moment the order is received by a customer. These terms are considered reasonable for the detection of any flaws. After this period any claims will not be accepted.

Refund are made by transfer to customers credit card within 3 days.
