ECONYL® regenerated nylon is a product of Aquafil, a global leader in the synthetic fibres industry and a pioneer in quality, innovation and sustainability.

The ECONYL® Regeneration System starts with rescuing waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic all over the world. That waste is then sorted and cleaned to recover all of the nylon possible. Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. 

Regenerated nylon is processed into carpet yarn and textile yarn for the fashion and interior industries.

ECONYL® can be recycled, recreated and remoulded again and again.. That means you can create new products and buy new products without having to use new resources.

SHIPPING OVER DUBAI

Each order is sent during 24 hours from the moment of its confirmation.

Orders placed on non-business hours on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Delivery within Dubai is made by courier services. 

Delivery costs - 35 AED. Its terms - 1-3 weekdays. 

Also it is possible to arrange a same day delivery upon the request of a client. Please note, that orders with same day delivery can only be paid by cash on delivery on courier arrival.

Same day delivery costs - 70 AED.

DELIVERY TO OTHER DESTINATIONS: UAE, OMAN, SAUDI ARABIA

PAYMENT

All orders made on our website can be payed by card or cash on delivery while receiving the parcel from courier services.

If you prefer to pay by card, please, mention it in 'Comments' when making an order and filling in your shipment details. So courier service will provide a courier with terminal for card payments when your order is out for delivery.

If preferable payment method was not mentioned our manager will double check it with you when confirming the order. So please check your inbox for our confirmation e-mail.

Please note, that it is impossible to change payment method when an order is already out for delivery. So if card payment had not been clarified before it is possible to pay by cash on delivery only.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Returns of good quality items

Love Pam swimwear items are non-refundable. Non-suitable swimwear items can only be changed for another size or model if in stock.

Exchange Rules:

• You may return clean, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition with all tags and sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) attached
• Please, make sure that your item is unused and unwashed, your item should be without damages and spots
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of Substandard Quality Items

Substandard quality items are those items that have any internal and external manufacturing flaws or items that do not match your order

All quality claims are accepted withing 5 days from the moment the order is received by a customer. These terms are considered reasonable for the detection of any flaws. After this period any claims will not be accepted.

Refund are made by transfer to customers credit card within 3 days.
